BioTO PLACE ORDERS

POSTAGE CHARGE
For Normal Mail:
1st Item: $1.50
Additional items: $0.50 each add
For Registered Mail:
Pls add additional $2.24 on top of the normal mail charges.
* $2.24 is a one off fixed charge for registered postage regardless of the no. of items purchased.
Pls note SingPost normally takes 2-5 working days to mail out items (excluding weekends/public holidays)
**Registered mail is highly recommended as we will not responsible for any lost normal mail. However, we will try our utmost effort to enquire the whereabouts of the items from SingPost. We pride to ensure that your items will be delivered to you both safely and efficiently.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Items that are not paid within 24hours will be put back up for sales.
- We do not refund or exchange if you find that the size is not acceptable.
- Buyers who back out from the deal upon conformation will be blacklisted.
- If you are able to make payments immediately, please leave a comment stating that payments will be paid immediately upon conformation from us.
- All prices are exclusive of postage fees.
- Reservations of item are not allowed.
- Pls do not send enclosed cash for payment.
- We are able to do occasional meet-ups at Jurong Point/Boon Lay interchange subject to our availability. However, pls note that payments have to be made first before meet-ups.
- All prices are non-negotiable and postage will not be waived.
